The korfball competition will consist of a mixed competition only, capped at 20 teams. The teams will play eight-a-side korfball with each squad having a maximum of 12 players. There must be four boys and four girls on the court at all times. A full tournament will result in nine games for each team.
$130.00+gst per team
The Koru Games Korfball competition will be played under the normal Korfball rules unless stated below, the rules explained here.
This is a mixed tournament only. Full girl teams are accepted but will take part in the mixed competition.
Each school can only enter one team in each competition. If you have additional teams wanting to play, please add them to the waitlist form and we will be in contact once registrations close if there are spaces available in that competition.
The Korfball tournament has a mixed competition only. They will play round robin games in pools, the results of which will give seeding for a knockout round resulting in overall placings.

All equipment will be supplied by Korfball Mixx. We encourage all schools that requirement support in sourcing equipment to train with to make contact with Youri Borrink (youri@mixx.nz).
All teams/schools need to have first aid support onsite.
Habit Health will be at the Lincoln University Hub to support competitors throughout the Games.
