The Selwyn Sports Trust promotes an inclusive team culture that supports individuals to be themselves and encourage opportunities for them to be the best they can be every day. We work in partnership with a number of local schools and tertiary institutions to provide training and work experience opportunities for rangatahi who are looking to gain experience in the active recreation sector.

The Programmes Manager is an enthusiastic and innovative professional responsible for leading programme activation across Selwyn schools and kura.
This is a working manager role, responsible for both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery. The Programmes Manager leads the design, delivery, and evaluation of school-based programmes while directly contributing to operational delivery where required.
The Selwyn Sports Trust runs a number of annual events, including the Lake Crichton Series, the Koru Games, school zone events, the Selwyn Running Festival and many more.
