The Selwyn Sports Trust is proud to announce that CORDE has come on board as the Naming Rights Partner for the 2026 Selwyn Kids Triathlon.

The Selwyn Sports Trust and CORDE have collaborated behind the scenes on various event initiatives and activations, and we’re excited to now formalise and elevate this relationship through our flagship youth event.

The 2026 Selwyn Kids Triathlon, taking place on 22 March 2026, is already tracking to sell out by the end of February, with fewer than 150 entries remaining. The event continues to grow each year, bringing together hundreds of local tamariki and whānau for a day of participation, achievement and joy.

Selwyn Sports Trust Executive Officer Mitch Prendergast says the strengthened partnership is a natural fit:

“We’ve worked alongside CORDE in a variety of ways, and we’re thrilled to now take that partnership to the next level as Naming Rights Partner of the Selwyn Kids Triathlon. Entries are still open, but with under 150 spots remaining and the event expected to sell out before the end of February, families are encouraged to register now, don’t delay.
